How Quickly Will We Receive The Images?
We’ll usually deliver high end, professionally edited photographs of your property within 72 hours of the shoot taking place unless agreed otherwise prior to the shoot.
How Do We Receive The Photographs?
To ensure you receive your photos quickly we deliver all photographs and videos via digital download unless requested otherwise at the time of booking. You’ll receive an email with a link which you simply need to click and your images will download automatically.
Do You Edit The Photographs?
We are firm believers that you get good images out of the camera and great images out of post-processing afterwards. Each and every image we send will have been professionally edited.
How Big Are The Photos & In What Format Will I Receive Them?
Unless requested otherwise we send all images in 300DPI .jpg format. The longest edge will be 3000 pixels which are large enough for most uses. The professional Canon cameras we shoot with deliver a final image size of 6000 pixels on the longest edge, let us know if you need these and we can arrange for you to receive them.
What Locations Do You Work?
Whilst based in Cornwall frequently travel throughout the UK and abroad and so long as travel is covered, we are happy to do so.
Do You Charge Travel Expenses?
If your property is within 70 miles of us then no, this is included within the price. If it is further than 70 miles then a small fee will be charged to cover our costs.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes we have full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance to the value of £5million.
Are You DBS Checked?
Paul is DBS checked and is happy to share a copy of his DBS certificate with any client, no matter whether they are a business, charity, organisation or individual.
