Landscape Photography Holiday & Workshop In Iceland, UK
The first time we ever visited Iceland many years ago we were blown away with the landscapes, it felt like we could point our cameras in any direction and there was a beautiful composition ready to be captured. We’ve since been many times over the years and we’re so excited to run this small group landscape photography holiday to Iceland with you.
The waterfalls when you stand at the bottom of them are just huge, you really do witness the power of nature in its full force and they lend themselves beautifully to capturing them using long exposures. There are even a few waterfalls we know where you can walk behind them, not to mention the secret waterfalls only a select few have found.
The landscapes look like they are from another planet at times, but whether you are photographing them from the ground or in the air using a drone, you’ll be asking us to stop the car constantly because you’ve seen something amazing… of which we will of course gladly oblige!
Paul is very excited to launch this trip, it’s been a long time in the making and we’re offering it only to 3 lucky photographers so we can stay mobile and ensure everybody gets the opportunity to grow their skills together.
Photography Tuition
Paul has visited Iceland many times now and has a good understanding for the best locations, time of day, settings to use and some tips and tricks to share along the way. You’ll learn:
– Th Best Camera Settings For Landscape Photography
– Composition Techniques
– Location Hunting/Chasing The Light
– Long Exposure Photography
– When & How To Use Filters
– Photoshop / Lightroom & Post Processing
– Drone Photography (if weather is favourable).
This is your trip and we limit the group size to ensure Paul can dedicate time to each person, concentrating on what matters most to them. Whether you’re working to move beyond automatic settings or you’re an experienced photographer, this journey provides chances for everybody to develop their photography skills.
WE’LL PRINT YOUR BEST PHOTOS
After your Iceland photography trip, we’ll print your top three photos on high-quality fine art paper, ready for you to frame and hang on your walls at home. Paul, who runs his own gallery and has years of experience printing his works for sale, will ensure your photos look their best using his years of printing experience to choose the right paper and color settings, ensuring you’ll take away with you some brilliant memories form your trip.
WHAT LOCATIONS WILL WE VISIT?

Seljalandsfoss Waterfall
Skógafoss waterfall
Lots Of Other Waterfalls!

Kasey Wainright –
Iceland is stunning, from the moment you drive out of the airport you are wanting to pull the car over to capture landscapes in their dramatic beauty, Paul was very happy to oblige! I learnt so much on this holiday, met some amazing people and saw landscapes and locations which took my breath away. Paul was fantastic, he couldn’t do enough to ensure everybody was happy, learning and capturing great images.
Molly Hamer –
My family and I hired Paul to run a private landscape photography trip to Iceland with us and it goes down with all of us as one of the best trips we have ever had. Paul was great from start to finish, his photography knowledge and ability to teach it is second to none, but he equally is a great person to spend the best part of a week with! We learn’t so much on this trip, visited so many breathtaking locations and had so many laughs along the way. We first met as strangers, but we now consider Paul a friend who I am sure we will stay in touch with and see again in the future!
